We return to league action this Sunday afternoon when we travel to face Rossvale Women for our second meeting in as many weeks!
Boroughmuir Thistle are fresh off the back of a 4-1 Sky Sports Cup First Round victory over Sunday’s opponents and are looking to get back to winning ways in SWPL 2.

Team news
After going off with an ankle injury at half time last week, it is expected that captain Louise Mason will be fit to return to action on Sunday following a week of recovery and training.
Erin Sheehan will also be hopeful of making a return to the matchday squad after missing out last weekend with a minor injury.
The opposition
Rossvale have posted a mixed bag of results in the first three league games of this season.
A 4-1 home victory over Kilmarnock on matchday one was followed by an impressive 5-2 away showing at McDiarmid Park against St Johnstone. However, they were on the receiving end of a 7-1 thrashing by Gartcairn at MTC Park on 25th August.
Rossvale were promoted to SWPL 2 after winning the SWF Championship last season and will be looking for revenge over Boroughmuir after being knocked out of the Sky Sports Cup at Meadowbank last weekend.

Sunday will mark only the second time we have faced Rossvale, with Thistle looking to maintain their 100% head-to-head record after last weekend’s 4-1 triumph.
